CIIMS is governed by the Board of Management, the highest statutory body of the institute. Its membership adheres to the guidelines set by the relevant regulatory authorities.
The Planning and Monitoring Board convenes periodically, reviewing the implementation of policies and developing strategic plans for the growth and future direction of the institution.
The Finance Committee ensures proper financial oversight, monitoring fund flow and approving the annual budget for CIIMS. The audited statement of accounts is thoroughly examined by this committee.
The Academic Council, as the largest statutory body at CIIMS, ensures that the educational programs maintain high standards. It includes members from prestigious institutions and well-established organizations, providing valuable input in formulating the Regulations, Curriculum, and Syllabus for the programs offered.
Each faculty at CIIMS has its own Board of Studies, with domain experts from the industry, well-known institutions, and internal faculty members providing direction for academic excellence and the continued success of its programs.
