At CIIMS, we have two different scholarship programs designed to identify outstanding academic and athletic talent. Furthermore, as part of its commitment to diversity, CIIMS accepts students in all courses who have major physical challenges, including visual and auditory.
Indian nationals are eligible for scholarships, which are given only to CIIMS students. Every scholarship is subject to an annual assessment by the CIIMS Scholarship Committee (CSC). The committee maintains the authority to, at its sole discretion, institute new scholarships or terminate any current ones.
The CSC decides what qualifies and approves the number of scholarships to be given out year. The committee is also in charge of selecting new scholarship recipients and managing their renewals.
Subject to availability, scholarships within each category are given out on the basis of merit and are unaffected by any other grants or awards the candidate may have received. Scholarships cannot be transferred.
Every application, in the sports and academic categories combined, will be carefully examined by the CIIMS Scholarship Committee.
