Eligibility:

Candidates should have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, Music, or any equivalent qualification with training in Carnatic music from a recognized institution.

Overview:

The MPA in Classical Carnatic Music provides in-depth training in Carnatic music's vocal and instrumental traditions. It focuses on developing expertise in performance, raga interpretation, and musicology.

Program Description:

This course combines rigorous practical training with theoretical studies of Carnatic music. Students enhance their skills in voice modulation, rhythm, and improvisation while exploring the historical and cultural roots of Carnatic music.

Awards and Accreditations:

Upon successful completion, students receive an MPA degree in Classical Carnatic Music, accredited by CHRIST IMPERIAL INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND SCIENCE.
