A Bachelor’s degree in science or any related discipline with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. A strong interest in sports science and physical fitness is preferred.
This program provides students with an in-depth understanding of the science behind sports performance, physical activity, and health. It combines theoretical and practical knowledge in exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sports nutrition to enhance athletic performance and promote health.
The course integrates scientific principles of human movement, sports psychology, and technology in sports. It equips students with the skills needed for performance analysis, injury prevention, and fitness assessment.
